The Hannigan is a new 12-story supportive/affordable housing building located in West Harlem.

The building will provide 117 units, including studios, one, two and three-bedroom units in addition to social services, support spaces, recreation and community space.

​

Amenities also include 24-hour security, a fitness room, community room and computer room. A community space to be used for a local arts organization is located on the first floor with a separate entrance.

​

A rooftop urban farming space and teaching kitchen will be located on the 12th floor. The rear yard provides both active and passive play space and landscaped areas, and a bike shed.

​

The building was completed in 2021.
