Ms. Goudas founded EQ Architecture with Cindy Harden in 2017.

With more than 20 years of experience in the planning and development of affordable and supportive housing Ms. Goudas leads the firm's new projects and handles the office's day-to-day operations.

Mr. Diaz has designed New York City supportive, affordable, and senior housing for over 20 years.

Since 2005, Alphonse Diaz Architect P.C. has worked with numerous non-profit developers to design and construct hundreds of units of housing.

In 1989 Ms. Harden founded Harden Van Arnam Architects. For nearly 30 years HVA worked with non-profit developers to design and build hundreds of units of affordable housing. In 2017 she founded EQ Architects with longtime HVA associate, Claudia Goudas.
