Paul's Place is a gut rehabilitation of an existing 5-story building located in Greenwich Village that serves as a drop-in shelter and safe haven for those currently experiencing and transitioning out of homelessness.

The shelter operates a safe haven with 24 beds and a drop-in center with a capacity of 75 clients.

 

Case management offices are located in the building to support housing placement for those residing in the safe haven as well as serve those dropping in.

 

The facility provides social, medical, and psychiatric services on-site for any safe haven or drop-in clients.

Amenities for clients include 24-hour security, dining room, terrace access, lounge, showers, and on-site laundry.

 

The shelter was completed and began operating in August 2022.
