EQ Architecture, in a joint effort with Beyer Blinder Belle, produced master plans, layouts, and conceptual illustrations as part of Phase 1 of Conceptual Master Planning of the Columbia County Wellness Hub.

Project programmatic requirements have been informed by the service and infrastructure gaps identified by the Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) mapping report of Columbia County conducted by the City of Hudson and guided by the Greenburger Center. Further site analyses and research conducted by the project team completed the foundation for the master plan.

Conceptual design included the recommended Detox Center, Supportive Housing Development, Safe Haven, and Drop-in Center. Layouts of each of 3 buildings were prepared in order to visualize the program.
