Brooklyn Avenue is our new 9-story transitional housing project in Little Haiti, Brooklyn.

The building will provide 128 units, including studios, one and two-bedroom units, in addition to social services, support spaces, recreation, and community space.

Amenities also include 24-hour security, a children's room, a community room, and a computer room.

​

An outdoor recreational space with an attached multipurpose room on the 7th floor. 

The building is under Design Development.
