Marcello Manor is a new 9-story affordable and supportive housing facility located in Fordham.​

The building provides 38 rooms, reserving 23 rooms for units for domestic abuse survivors and the remainder open to low-income households.

The facility includes on-site program offices.

Amenities include a community room, a computer room, and a landscaped rear yard.

The building was open for occupancy in 2007.
