The Shakespeare Residence is a 9-story new construction project is located on the northeast corner of Shakespeare Avenue and East 169th Street.

The building provides 60 studio units in a supportive Community Residence licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health.

Support and social services are provided on the first floor, where a large community room and warming pantry are also located.

​

A large conference room overlooks the two-story vestibule and the lobby looks out onto the landscaped rear yard which provides seating areas, a trellis and drought resistant planting.

The building was completed in the Spring of 2017.
