275 Kosciuszko Street is a residence operated by Providence House composed of 46 units of new supportive housing and service spaces designed by Alphonse Diaz Architect PC.

 

This new 6-story building contains new permanent, affordable, service-enriched housing units developed for low-income community residents, formerly homeless single women, and families in need of support. Unit types include studio and one-bedroom apartments.

 

The residence includes on-site case management services, outdoor recreation space, and community facilities including a meeting room, exercise room, and a learning center. 

 

275 Kosciuszko Street opened in 2013 after completion of construction by Mega Contracting.
