The Washington Avenue Residence is a new 12-story supportive/affordable housing building located in the Morrisana section of the Bronx.

The building will provide 107 studios and two-bedroom units. Social service and support space is located on the first floor and includes a community room, warming pantry and children's playspace.

The rear yard provides both active and passive play space, and landscaped areas.

​

Construction was completed in November of 2021.
